We have temporarily suspended our body butter products on June 10th until sometime near mid or end of October.

We ship from Texas, and here, the summers can be brutal on skin care products. We would rather suspend sales for a few months than ship you a mess of hot liquid.  Check back with our store in mid October.  We are so very sorry for the inconvenience

All of our products are handmade for each customer, and this takes additional time when spell kits, mojo bags, or large orders of 5 or more items are placed.  

Honestly, we literally cannot wait to get our products into your magical little hands, and you can trust that we will get them out the door as soon as we possibly can. Thank you for your patience with this.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED?

Once USPS has your package, it is literally out of our hands🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️. Contrary to popular belief, we do not control the shipping industry. If your package can be tracked, this means that it is not our responsibility, and it is in the hands of the postal service.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED AND IT NEVER ARRIVED??

If your package shows that it has been delivered, and it is the correct address you gave us, then you will need to contact your local post office or landlord to see if it has possibly been dropped off with them or someone else. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for your packages after they have been delivered.

ENTERING A WRONG ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING OUR PRODUCT(S).

(✨Please note that entering an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address may result in delivery delay, delivery failure, or cancellation of your order.)

We will attempt to contact you in order for you to have the opportunity to correct the address issue.
Yet, if we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we regretfully will have no choice but to cancel the order.

If USPS designates your delivery address as being "Unverified", we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

This goes for INTERNATIONAL as well as DOMESTIC orders.
