We apologize, but we DO NOT accept returns at our shop. Since all of our products are handmade, we will not be able to resell a returned product.

Cancellations:

There have been some Etsy shoppers recently who have tried to abuse our cancellation policy. Because of these unfortunate incidents, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we comply with a demand for cancellation at our shop. This means for anyone, & any reason. This also includes anyone who "accidentally" orders from us.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES!

If you have an issue with your shipment, please contact your local post office.

We are not responsible for incidents that may occur with your package after it is in the hands of the post office.

MISSING SHIPMENTS or UNEXPECTED DELIVERY DELAYS MUST BE ADDRESSED DIRECTLY WITH THE POSTAL CARRIER!

Please do not message us once your package is in the hands of the US Postal Service asking us questions such as what time the package will arrive, or if something has happened with your package. The only reason to contact us is if your package arrives damaged, and for that matter we will need photos of your damaged item so that we can assess the matter.

When placing an order, please ensure you are shipping to a secure address.

Once the post marks the package as "DELIVERED", we will NOT be able to file an insurance claim, and...we will NOT refund or replace misplaced lost, or stolen orders. That is a matter for your Local Post Office.
