In order to prep for your service, we will need to contact you for the following info:
- background information
- names
- birthdates
- photos
Please choose one of our 7-day candles you would like us to use, and then write it in the personalization box.
If you require assistance choosing the best candle for your situation, please message us after your purchase.
We normally schedule candle service within 72 hours from the time it is purchased.
A week following your candle-burning service, you will receive via email several gorgeous pics of your service performed.

**DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CANDLE(s) TO BE USED FOR THIS RITUAL! (We provide these candles for you!)
Note: You cannot use one or several candles that you have bought already for any purchased altar services. If this occurs, the candles you purchased will be sent to you via USPS at the address provided, and will be treated like one of our regular orders, and any Candle-Burning Service will be refunded to you in full.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Note the name of the type of candle you wish for us to use for your altar service. Feel free to browse our store to see which candle you wish for us to prepare for your altar service. Please have this information ready before your purchase.
- Write the name of each candle you have chosen in the personalization area of the checkout when you are paying for your altar service.
- Choose the number of candles we will be burning for you in the QUANTITY section of the checkout page. Make sure the quantity of services you are requesting matches the amount of candles you have chosen.
- Make Your Payment
We will then:
- Contact you to verify the type of candle you want, and also to gather your information for your candle-burning service.
- Fix your candle(s)
- Put energy with the appropriate intention into the candle that you choose
- Energize & light the candle
- Send you several photos of your candle on our altar.
